Simple & Transparent Payment Terms
50% Deposit Required
A 50% deposit is required to secure and officially reserve your event date.
Remaining Balance
The remaining 50% balance is due 14 days before the event.
Your event date is not considered officially secured until the required deposit has been received.
Our Planning Timeline
✓ Client decisions and approvals should be completed according to the agreed planning timeline.
✓ Vendor selections and event details should be finalized in advance.
✓ Required documents, information, and payments must be submitted by their assigned deadlines.
✓ Last-minute changes may result in additional fees.
✓ Final event details must be approved before the final payment deadline.
✓ All outstanding balances must be paid no later than 14 days before the event.
