We'll connect for a consultation to learn more about your vision and how JT Events can best support your celebration. This is your opportunity to ask questions, share inspiration, and get to know Jennifer and Takisha.
03 — Build Your Plan
Together, we create a customized plan tailored to your event, your vision, and your budget. Every plan is thoughtfully designed to reflect what matters most to you.
04 — Secure Your Date
Finalize your agreement and reserve your event date with JT Events. This step ensures your date is held and your planning journey officially begins.
05 — We Bring It Together
Our team handles the details — vendors, design, timelines, coordination, and logistics — so you don't have to. We work behind the scenes to make sure everything is in place for your perfect event.
06 — Celebrate
Show up, be present, and enjoy every moment of your beautiful event. Your only job on event day is to celebrate. We'll handle everything else.
Client Timeline & Communication
Successful events are built on clear communication and timely decisions. We work closely with every client to establish a planning timeline that keeps things moving smoothly from start to finish.
All required final decisions, approvals, and payments must be completed no later than TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT DATE unless otherwise specified in the client's agreement.
